On a Random Thursday Night

I know you are not going to believe it,

BUT

I would not lie about this.

I might fib a little,

and tell you that I am a natural blonde.

But not this.

With 25 other people we saw…….

 

I know can you believe – it is  - the bus!

Shocking!

and,

It was way better then

little Davy Jones,

or KC (oh, KC what has happened to you?)

whom we also saw this summer…

I know our summer totally ROCKED, right.

and… Next summer we are stepping it up,

do not pass judgment or anything, but next summer we are going to see….

SOMEONE under 50!!!

I am totally serious – maybe one of the Justin's, or American Idol winners.

So, if you ever get a chance-

grab some best buddies, and your kids if they are over 21,

and head to Nephi so you can dance the night away.

I know Nephi, right – who knew??

Make sure they are good friends,and understanding kids

‘cause after spending a crazy night like this with you, they might look at you -

like you are a little weird.

See in the back ground there, yes that guy.

He is already thinking it, aren’t you Lane??

Not good friends though,

they understand

They understand that the Bellamy brothers are totally legends.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Bellamy brothers are all about

“letting your love flow”

and

they know that no matter where this girl goes 

or what she does in life, she  is really just a,

“red neck girl” at heart

Plus,

every once in a while you just need to be a,

“Dancin’ Cowboy”

So,

to Howard and Dave

and the other 25 people that can remember being there on that random Thursday.

(as opposed to those who drank too much, and cannot remember a thing)

To those who love to boogie with there baby,

and love songs about love.

Your songs bring it all back.

P.S.S yes this was a little while ago, but remembering

it never gets old…..
