This is one of my favorite places in the world! You heard me right the world. It meets all the criteria, it’s beautiful, peaceful, interesting history, and lots of family.
He knows all the stories. He remembers. He is the connection. He is the one that connects my children to our family.
She is the caretaker. She brings the most beautiful flowers and makes sure they are watered. She plans the time for us to meet. She makes sure we have not forgotten anybody.
We are the lucky ones, we are absorbing the stories, the histories, the love of our ancestors, and a love for our ancestors.
We are here every year, same time, same place. Every year I am reminded of how connected we all are.
Never forgotten.
Right were we belong.
I realize that some of the following photos might be embarrassing for me (and others) , but it is a story that has to be told.
“Hey Moose, Come and Swim with Me!”
One second in the Pool.
Two seconds in the Pool.
Three seconds in the Pool.
Four seconds in the Pool.
Five seconds in the Pool.
Six seconds in the pool. (Lovin’ the Bikers Tan!)
Seven seconds.
This was not swimming this was like going for eight seconds on a Wild Bronc and I didn’t quite make it.

Five years, Just Five years.
I am trying to convince her to start a blog so I do not have these overpowering urges to show you her art all the time.
I can't believe how overpowering it is. Worse then my, 'get me caffeine now' urges. It is out of my control.
Her friend has one here.

High school art shows are the best. Most of these very talented artists will never make a living with their art. So sad! I have come to believe the best art shows are at the high school level.
When you get a chance go. Prepare to be amazed.
I have been this amazed twice in my life time.
Once - at the finish of the Marathon. You will cry as you watch people finish - AMAZING!
Twice - when I saw the art of High school students - MORE AMAZING!
Okay, Three times - the moment you were born. I was in awe of where this princess had just come from, and what she was going to become. BEYOND AMAZING!
You know I am a Pig Farmers Daughter and I have built up natural immunities.
